    • Establishing quality standards and criteria as the institution's hallmark for all activities.
    • Setting quality benchmarks for curricular and non-curricular transactions and community outreach programs.

    •  Supporting stakeholders, including parents, staff, and management, in achieving continuous improvement in all operational aspects.  

    • Ensuring the institution's vision and core values are embedded in all academic and administrative processes.
    • Organizing Professional Development Programs, workshops, and seminars to foster holistic development among students and faculty.

    • Documenting various programs aimed at quality improvement.

    • Compiling Annual Reports for submission to NAAC.
    • Serving as the Documentation and Record-Keeping Cell of the institution to ensure the assurance, enhancement, and sustainability of quality.
